1. Ute & Tractor Muster Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility & Vehicle Roadworthiness: All participating vehicles (utes, tractors, support vehicles) must be fully registered, comprehensively insured (or covered by appropriate Third-Party Property and Compulsory Third Party / CTP insurance), and in a roadworthy condition compliant with Transport for NSW standards. Tractors must meet all legal conditional registration and road-use guidelines.

Drivers must strictly adhere to NSW road rules, follow instructions of local police and traffic marshals, maintain safe convoy following distances, and remain strictly under the legal blood alcohol limit (0.00 BAC where applicable, or under 0.05 BAC). Reckless driving, burnouts, speeding, or unruly behaviour will lead to immediate expulsion without recourse.
- Decorations & Vehicle Safety: All festive lights, banners, and displays must be securely fastened and must not obstruct the driver’s vision, interfere with controls, cover required vehicle lighting/indicators, or present a hazard to pedestrians or other road users.
- Vehicle Loan / Sharing Disclaimer: Where participants lend, borrow, share, or source vehicles through community connections (“Provide a Ute” / “No Ute? No worries!”):
- The agreement is strictly a private, independent arrangement between the vehicle owner and the borrower/driver.
- Neither Mudgee4Nurses nor Neddy4Nurses acts as a broker, bailee, insurer, or guarantor, and neither accepts responsibility for vehicle maintenance, mechanical failure, collisions, theft, fuel costs, traffic infringements, or damage.
- Assumption of Risk & Indemnity: Entrants participate at their own risk. By entering the convoy, entrants release and hold harmless Mudgee4Nurses, Neddy4Nurses, and event volunteers from any claims or costs arising from vehicular damage, public liability events, personal injury, or traffic penalties.
2. Nurses & Community Christmas Party (Glen Willow) Terms & Conditions

- Nurse Recognition & Complimentary Inclusions: Complimentary food and beverage offerings for nurses are subject to availability, operating on a first-come, first-served basis, and require verification (e.g., healthcare employee ID or professional registration). Perks are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and carry no monetary value against Mudgee4Nurses.
- Third-Party Vendors: All food trucks, external caterers, market stalls, and entertainers operate as independent contractors. Mudgee4Nurses accepts no liability for food hygiene, allergic reactions, supply interruptions, or commercial disputes between attendees and independent vendors.

3. Business Ambassadorship Program Terms & Conditions
- Independent Merchant Offers: The Ambassadorship Program coordinates voluntary, merchant-funded discounts, gifts, or services offered by local businesses to nurses.
- Zero Commercial Liability: The agreement regarding the discount or offer exists solely between the participating business and the redeeming customer. Mudgee4Nurses and Neddy4Nurses:
- Do not underwrite, subsidise, reimburse, or guarantee any merchant offers.
- Make no warranties regarding the uplift, sales volume, or customer traffic a business may experience.
- Accept no liability for disputes, non-honoured offers, service failures, or consumer complaints.
- Offer Modification & Verification: Participating businesses are responsible for verifying the eligibility of healthcare recipients (e.g., checking nurse ID). Businesses may amend or withdraw their community offer by providing reasonable written notice to Mudgee4Nurses to update marketing materials.
- Intellectual Property & Mark Usage: Community Ambassadors are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free licence to display the co-branded 4Nurses Community Ambassador mark on promotional collateral. Ambassadors must not alter the mark, claim false endorsement, or represent themselves as official spokespersons for Neddy4Nurses or the ACNF.
4. Sponsorships & Partnerships Terms & Conditions (Gold, Silver, Bronze & In-Kind)
- Direct Contracting & Remittance: All sponsorship tiers (Gold $10,000, Silver $5,000, Bronze $1,000, and bespoke tiers) constitute donations and support administered strictly through the ACNF. Invoices, remittance details, and financial reconciliations are provided by or routed directly through ACNF bank accounts.
- Fund Allocation: Funds received support approved event overheads and direct Mudgee regional nursing initiatives in collaboration with ACNF and Mudgee Hospital. Mudgee4Nurses and Neddy4Nurses volunteers receive no management fees, equity, or direct financial commissions from partnership proceeds.
- Deliverables & Branding:
- Marketing deliverables (e.g., logo placement on event signage, website links, social media mentions) are provided as stated in the prospectus on a best-effort basis.
- Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and digital assets by the specified print/production deadlines. Failure to deliver assets in time relieves the organisers of signage placement obligations.
- No Agency or Exclusivity: Sponsorship creates no legal partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the sponsor and Mudgee4Nurses, Neddy4Nurses, or the ACNF. Unless expressly contracted in writing under an exclusive tier, sponsorships do not grant category exclusivity.
- In-Kind Partners: Goods and services provided in-kind (audio equipment, staging, catering, security, merchandise) must be fit for purpose, safe, and delivered according to agreed schedules. Providers retain sole operational and safety responsibility for their equipment and crew.
- Cancellation: In the event of severe weather, public health directives, council restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, organisers reserve the right to reschedule, alter, or cancel the event. In such cases, paid sponsorships are non-refundable, as funds are committed to non-recoverable operational costs and charitable distributions through ACNF
